JFB
OPEN  ENROLLMENT

The District Governing Board believes each high school within the District is a unique educational institution offering programs and opportunities specific to that campus.  The Governing Board further recognizes that pupils have equally unique educational needs and that pupils are best served by programs specifically tailored to their needs.  To ensure that as many pupils as possible are enrolled in programs most appropriate for them, the District Governing Board authorizes the Superintendent and staff to design and implement an open enrollment program throughout the District that is in full compliance with the Arizona Revised Statutes.  Each District school will meet the deadlines as established by statute.
