ABOUT  FACILITIES  AND  SERVICES

The Superintendent shall establish procedures to be used by citizens of the District who have complaints about District facilities or services.  Such procedures shall provide for administrative review of such complaints and, further, shall provide for the possibility of Board review at the request of the complainant if the matter is not resolved by administrative review.
